49 Wiper Switch?

Been so long since I it off, I cant remember what it looks like. Can someone please post a picture of what the switch for the wipers looks like on 49? Have every thing else new and ready to go, just missing this. Thanks

It's pot metal, with a little rack and pinion inside and the cable coming out the side. It will have a thread for the chrome nut, and the shaft will have a flat for the knob set screw.

You can see what one looks like by checking out eBay item #180147905674. Unfortunately, that auction has already expired last Friday, but you can at least pull it up to see how the mechanism looks.
