where does one get a brake drum puller so I can do my brakes on my 41?

...or, phone around amongst your tool rental places. Or, if you're in a local old car group like AACA, VMCCA or a Hudson chapter, ask around at the next meeting; maybe someone would loan you one.
It's a good investment and if you keep your eyes open, you may be able to get one fairly cheaply.

Make sure to pull,clean,inspect and repack the rear wheel bearings.Also replace the rear outer axle seals.:)
