Beautiful picture and beautiful car Sam, but I don't miss the snow. Nice to look at but I shoveled tooo much of that stuff. Richie.
I didn't see the second pic til after I posted a reply. Equally as beautiful.

Sam;

that is a mighty fine looking automobile you have there. Sitting in the snow all purty and proud. In the meantime the Hash and I are having to tolerate potentially 70 degree weather for Christmas. I really do wish I were there. Except for the cold and snow part that is.

Sam,
Your '40 looks even greater with the white contrasting background...
Actually, this winter you are getting unusally more snow than our area (middle of Pittsburgh/Cleveland Buffalo)

How does the car drive in the snow compared to a newer car?

Hard to tell...I'm driving very carefully and not stopping on uphill grades. (The secret to snow and ice is to keep moving.) However, I haven't noticed any tendency for the rear end to break loose, and since it's underpowered and has a soft clutch, it's generally easy to drive in the snow. :cool:

So Sam... You moved out of California so you could drive your Hudson in the NM snow, or was that part of the weather unanticipated?
