53 Pontiac gas tank needed

I need to replace the gas tank on the Chieftain.
I can find new custom stainless units but don't want to spend that much. I have made several phone calls to people that advertise in Hemmings but no luck.
Anyone have one that is in decent shape, or know of a place to purchase a reproduction unit?

If you can find someone that has a Hollander interchange book, you may find that maybe a tank from a Chevrolet will fit. Have you tried talking to a Chevy supplier or a Pontiac message board?
