who makes the replacement, steel, hot water tubing?
I would like to have one made up with stainless steel.
THANKS for any ideas /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
I had difficutly finding just a used one a couple years ago; the end fitting broke on mine and is apparently unique only to Hudson those years as I went to several big fittings companies and just had to settle for an entire used heat tube I got from one of the popular Hudson fenders, but could look it up if you want to pursue that route. As an added note, be sure to blow out/ream out any acquired heat tube because they are warm homes for dirt dobbers.

I'd be happy to buy even a NOS one in case someone
has one for sale.
I can see the advantage to having a stainless one
fabricated, but...... may not be feasible.
I did e-mail FineLines.com (they make fuel and brake lines)
We'll see if they can do it, based upon my description
of the old one. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

I got a very good (original brass)one from Al Saffrahn in AZ. He said they really don't go bad often. If that's the case, it shouldn't be difficult to find a decent one. Al's e-mail akhudaz@c2i2.com.
I think that is who I got mine from; it was in great shape and it is on the car today. I just sanded it down and painted it.
