This year's race runs from Jacksonville, Fla. to Monterey, Calif., from June 18 to July 3.

There are four Hudson-built automobiles in this year's competition:

#40 -- 1916 Hudson Speedster, Pike/Hadskey
#100 -- 1919 Essex Racer, Lange/Curtis
#20 -- 1920 Essex Roadster, Lange/Sickbert
#7 -- 1917 Hudson Speedster, Minshew/McDorr

The two Hudsons and two Essexs came in together today at Florence, Alabama 60 miles to the west. I have jpegs of all four cars if anyone wants to see them. I know of no way to post pictures here. Just let me know and provide an email address and I'll send them to you small size or large, although I ahd some difdiculty earlier this evening sending the large size in a couple cases.
