Head Bolt Washers

Does a 1940 6 have washers under the head bolts? None were under mine, so should I get some hardened ones? Thanks, Paul.

Hi Pzoom,--- The factory did not use washers on these engines, however I think it would be a good idea to use them providing there is enough space left on the studs for the inclusion.
