Serial number, 1204117, makes it a late (2nd Series) 1930 model. 2nd series numbers ran 1165674 thru 1234266.

I believe the engine is a 229CI (3.8L) from a Chevy used mainly in the Malibus from78 thru the 80's,--- basically a Chevy V8 minus 2 cylinders.

The 2.8 motor was used in front wheel drive cars and also used a couple of years in the S10 Blazers It was a much narrower engine and used a different distributor. Not a bad looking instalation though.
