Installing new glass in 39 Country Club

PLEASE HELP! I am installing new glass in my 39 4-door Country Club and I know awhile back someone mentioned which adhesive sealer is the best to use. But I didn't write it down.

I also was hoping someone had a step-by-step on how to install the front and rear glass. I am afraid I will cut the rubber short or not fit it into the opening right. Thanks to all for any help you can give me.

Right now she's in the garage waiting on the glass and all of her trim to be put back on. I'll post some pics when it's all back together. Stephen
