1929 Essex Dome Light Bulb Change

The only light not working on my 1929 Essex Town Sedan is the dome light. I assume it's the bulb that needs replacing. Will someone tell me how the dome light lense comes apart to replace the bulb. I've tried a few different things but I don't want to break the lense or the bezel.

The bezel is on a bayonet type slot, just turn it clockwise slightly and pull it down. if you cannot turn it by hand get a small screwdriver and hammer, put the screwdriver against the outer edge of the bezel and tap it gently to move it. good lulck,

I got the lense off with ease. The bulb was OK, it was not making good contact at the tip. I melted more solder on the tip of the bulb to make it longer and now it works fine. It's people like you that make this hobby the greatest. Thanks
