My recommendation would be that he spend MORE time driving and LESS time turning old cars into LEMOs...I mean LIMOs. :D

maybe wouldn't be so bad if the windows were proportionate and it was done in a style similar to the way a classic limo would've actually been done. Definately needs to loose the velour. hehe
