1931 great 8 frame?

what would be a reasonable price for a great 8 1931 frame be?

Well a '31 Greater 8 frame by itself is not exactly a common thing. But it's not exactly an entire car either (needing restoration or not) I wouldn't pay a lot more than a grand for that by itself. Get too much higher than that you could almost pay a good welder to fabricate a copy.
