Neat 1938 Terraplane Pickup!

I received this photo a couple days ago from Judith Dunn, a Florida photographer. The car is obviously a 1938 Terraplane pickup. Ms. Dunn writes:

"I am a photographer and came upon this fabulous truck at the Harley-Davidson shop in Bunnell, Florida, just off of I 95 around Daytona."

Does anyone know who owns this stunning beauty?

the license plate on the front is "Bikers Against Drunk Drivers"...can't read the bottom two lines possibly personalized with a name on it?

Also something on the passenger door glass "... truck and bike"?

Maybe the harley dealer (Bruce Rossmeyer) has some antique cars too?

Ben Rodriguez, Neptune Beach, has/had (current roster) a 38 pickup - Neptune Beach, tho, is about 100 miles north of Daytona Beach.
