40-47 Hudson Dual Carb exhaust Manifold

A friend of mine asked if I would post pictures of what he believes to be a Hudson 212 Exhaust manifold for a twin carburator induction. Would the 212 Hudson engine experts take a look at the pictures to determine if they believe this is indeed what my friend believes. Also what is the rarity and value of such a part? Hudson parts books list the following:

part number 153147 for dual carburetor, 6 cyl ($16.90)
part number 153153 for 40-47 single carburetor, 6cyl ($7.95)
