new guy with a head ??

Hello,

I was cleaning out the barn on the property I just got and came across a head. On the top it has Hudson power dome on it. Here are the numbers I found on it. 159577 or 159571 also cw6 and e67 Anyone know what year or anything about it? Looks to be in good shape. Worth anything? Anyone need it? Or should I use it for a boat ancor? There are a few other car parts there I am trying to figure out what they are.

that number is for the raw casting not the finished part but it is near the sequence of the standard heads for 1940-47. You didn't mention if it was a six or eight. there were two different sixes and perhaps someone else can give clues to telling them apart.

I think when it sez "SUPER POWER DOME" it is for a 175, and "POWER DOME" is for the 212. I'll have to look at one to be sure.

Took a closer look at it. the one # is 159571 and the other is cwc not cw6 I have some pics i will send to Bob
