Repro floor pans?

These were made by bentmetal and are made for a stepdown. Is that what you are looking for?

You can find them on e-bay. About 60 bucks each side. I bought a set, haven't put them in yet but they will do the trick.

I think the 1948's had no ribs, like this picture. I have a set, already made minus the mounting holes for the trans cover and drain hole. They are obveously less work then the ones with ribs and all of the details that I put into the ones pictured in the above link. I would like to sell these for $100. a side, if your interested. Plus shipping. Although they are more money than the e-bay floor pans, they are the same thickness as original. The e-bay floors are real thin. Mine also look like the originals with the beading and a radiused (not folded) transition to the toe board.
If you want the detailed set they are available through K-Gap, made to order however you want. To the best of my knowledge these are your only options, aside from making them yourself.

Your comment about buying before I quit making them. ...hmm, your very insightful. ;) Lets just say I have no plans on making any inventory, more then the two sets I already have.

I just hope that anyone that does use the e-bay floors pop rivets them in so that when it's redone it won't be so hard to rip um' out. If you don't buy from me then this would be a perfect time to try a first time metal project. Seriously, why not?

I'm finally getting mine installed next Saturday. As far as I'm concerned, they will patch up the holes, be covered with insulation and carpeting and job done.
