looking for a caster to make parts

hi guys i am looking for a caster that i can trust to make me 2 robe rail ends for my 31 hudson . here is a pic i briefly talked to the fellow in austrailia,
but havent heard back from him as to if he can make castings of these he has great ones but not the exact ones i need. any help appreciated.

A friend suggested a site called alibahttp://alibaba.comba.com Basically, it links you to manufacturers in China who can develope a prototype and cost projection to reproduce what you want.

Well, of course we have Geoff Clark in New Zealand who does some Hudson castings, and also Steve Traudt in Texas, and Irwin Sanchez-Flores in Louisiana (see the Club Roster for contact information). All make castings, and many of them for older Hudsons like yours.

Another option is to contact your local Community College, VoTech School or even the Technology Student Association at your local High School.

Many of them have digitizers and scan the item, crank out a plastic rapid proto-type and take the proto-type to the Art class for creation of a mold
and items cast.

One local high school offers custom stuff and the money "charged" goes into a scholarship fund for the students. They get a cut based on time spent on the project.

Finally, a worthy way to spend money to reproduce car parts. With things being what they are, we should try to invest money here at home, especially if it will help future generation. They're going to need all the help they can get. To their benefit, schools that offer such services should advertise them.

I have had Ryan DeVries in Grand Rapids Michigan cast some parts for me, and did a great job. He did the parts in brass and I had them plated. Phone # is 616-453-8254. He has done work for Dave Kostansek as well. He also does a lot of work for fire truck restoration.
