Let's see: the Czech currency is the koruna and the current exchange rate is .050013 of them = $1 US dollar.

So the $15,000 BIN price is actually $750 in koruna. Sounds about right.

Are my eyes playing tricks on me are those doors suicide on the front, I though they went out after 1936.?? Even the back doors are weird, to us Aussie's anyway. And love the parkers on the front fenders. (not)

Holy Crap! If that '38 is worth $15K USD, my restored '37 TP should bring around two million USD!!!!

My guess, is that it is a Belgian-built Hudson - '38 front and '36-style doors. They appear to be suicide doors. The possibility that it lasted through WWII in a part of Czechslovakia that was heavily bombed, then survived 50 years of Communist hell is pretty amazing.

I was wondering if it was originally sold there as Germany took over Czech. I believe in '37 as a result of the notorious Munich Conference when France & England sold Czech. out.
Perhaps it came from Switz., France, or some other co.?

As Huddy42 points out, the rear doors do not look right. Every photo in Butlers of a 36-38 shows the rear doors as being suicide, however those on the car are not. They do not appear to 'meet' the rear fenders as most 36-38s do either.

You might also notice that the windshield wipers are mounted above the windows, not in the conventional way that they are normally mounted on most Hudsons of the era.

My guess: This is (or was) a good job of a post-war hodge podge of 'parts' that would fit & work, to make a vehicle. Don't forget - after WWII, private transportation was not easy to come by. This was probably thrown together, to make it acceptable and get it down the road...

Can you say taxi? Looks like someone has had too many Pilsners in Plzen.
