I have replaced my alternator, battery and voltage regulator but my battery keeps going dead. I charge it and can drive for about a week and then it goes dead again. Anyone have any ideas?

Could be a number of things First check the battery to see if it is OK . Then disconect the ground gable and use a multimeter to see if you have a drain, should show none, if you do start looking for a short or something that is drawing current. I have found it to be door light switches, dome lights, weird things you would'nt think would be the problem. They don't have to light up to draw a small amount of current that will drain the battery in a weeks time. BUD

Have you put a voltmeter on the battery posts (not the cable ends) to see if the battery is taking a charge?
How long does the vehicle sit without driving before the battery is dead?
