Probably a stupid question but going over the control panel I can't figure out how to do it. How do you put a picture next to your user name? Some of you guys have your cars or personalized license plates. I can't find the option to put a picture in your user name.

Look at the upper left of the web page here. Find "User CP" click that then click "Edit Avatar" then click option "use custom avatar" and upload a small picture of your car. That should do it.

As 51HornetA says... Look toward the bottom of 'Edit Avatar' under UserCP to upload a custom picture. You'll need to reduce the picture to 80x80 pixels or less... If you have issues/problems, send the picture to me and I'll see what I can do with it.
