http:// http:// Hello, I recently aquired a 1961 Dodge 100, Van. I am not very knowledgable with these vehicles. It has a straight six cylinder engine and a 3 speed on the tree "N Proc A745" tranny. Whatever that stands for. It has windows all the way around it. Does anyone have any information on this type of vehicle? Before I chop the roof 3-4 inches and slam it, I sort of would like to know a little history, rarity/availability of these vehicles.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure that you have a 1961?
I can't find any information in any of my materials about this other then the 3/4 ton forward control chasis.
What is the designation i.e. D100, D200, D300, W100 that sort of thing.
You have my curiosity piqued

Sounds a little like a panel truck or an enclosed powre wagon. Is that a slant 6 or flathead? I thought Mopar stopped using the l head six in mid 59 for cars and trucks but continued to produce it for industrial makes, ie. fork lifts, etc. Throw out a little more info. a pic wouldn'y hurt either.

The tranny is a New Process A-745 manual. Does this truck have a Slant Six or a flathead? Does this look like a van or a Suburban-style truck?
