Not quite sure what is going on with the door 'trim'... Looks like it matches the seats -

Are those the 'prank' bullet-hole decals on the trunk lid?

Enjoyed the comments on the Flock car, Great site for wann-bees and dreamers. The convertible has been sold. Find another Hudson ...

I can't figure this guy out sells cars but has a thin skin! the ebay listing starts off claiming...
Selling a Restored show quality Hudson Wasp. Excellent Paint (show quality) Original Texas Tan. All chrome- stainless restored....
Show quality paint? Stainless restored? Not according to the pictures that are posted with the car where a close up reveals the following...

http://www.49c8.com/images/fp/questionable1.jpg

"Show" quality paint jobs with the Stainless Restored don't have such poor detailing (overspray) and paint the lower door edge stainless moldings the same color as the car!

Sorry - maybe this is meant to be "outdoor-flea-market-show-quality" - or - "50ft show quality"(50ft away its show quality) - or "50 mph show quality"(driving past it at 50mph going in the opposite direction its show quality) - or - "Better than a rat-rod show quality"

I have painted cars that have won awards in real car shows and I would have to flog myself before claiming these were show quality restorations!

I hate to bash anyone involved with Hudsons but the person did throw the guantlet down by calling us all wannabee's. :p

And I don't care if someone is trying to make a buck on a Hudson, we all need to make a living, but - CR@P - JUST BE HONEST!

What a joker... wanna bees and dreamers?

nice hudsons... glad he saw fit to be a dreamer himself...

who picked out that interior? I love the bullet holes...

the exhaust looks awkward, too far apart...

Dan, the lower trim being painted, actually is correct.

If the paint is like the rest of the car, I imagine it is a superb job... (yeah right)
