Hello. I sold 2 cars online back in mid December. The buyer sent payment, check cleared the bank, but now I can't seem to get him to pick up the vehicles. I told him it would be no problem for a short while, but it has been two months and all I have heard from him is - "I'm workin' on it". How long must I wait before I should do something with the cars? What would be my moral/legal standpoint on this?
Hoping you more experienced might be of some help. I don't want to screw anybody, but I am afraid that one vehicle may be towed and the other will soon be in code violation. Thanks for your opinion.

Send him a ceritified letter explaining they must be moved by a date or the county is going to tow them. Also if he doesn't pick them up tell him storage will begin. Make the daily rate high enough that he will get moving.
