I have a 1972 Nova SS with a 350 big block engine (original engine that came in it. Has been rebuilt one time since i bought it.) It is the limited edition with a sun roof in it. To the best of my knowledge only 150 of these were made.

I am the origial owner of this car and I'm going through a hard time and cant keep it, It is is good condition for the most part. It doesnt currently run, The engine needs to be rebuilt in it. The interior does need replacing due to normal wear and tear..

So.. That being said how much do u think someone would pay for it? Someone who is into novas could have it fixed and nice in no time. I'm not good with this kinda stuff so every little bit of help i can get helps..

Thanks,
Charles

CharlesI would really love to help but I'm afraid I'm in the same financial boat with my '73 350 SS. Oh, BTW, that's a small block. Mine runs.
I did search and found that the NADA site has information. Really long nasty link (http://www.nadaguides.com/default.aspx?LI=1-22-1-5013-0-0-0&l=1&w=22&p=1&f=5014&c=11&m=1035&d=1933&y=1973&vi=66299&o=6590|6596|6598&z=35401&da=-1).
Having posted that link I wonder how it fits the real world. Does anyone have advice?

Barry

Hello Charles. It's pretty hard to say how much it would cost around without knowing all of the problems with it. I would look online and try to find a "expert" around you that would check it out. If you can find a classic car apprasier, that would be the best choice. Good luck Sir'!

Price on that could range all depending on the condition and any other problems.. Also depends on the buyer..

72 Nova SS(no sun roof) in DECENT body shape matching numbers the guy up here was asking $5,000. Engine however did start but MAN it was hurting something fierce.

Oh thats Canadian funds...

Hope it somewhat helped, not likely.. but i hope so!
