I went to the website
http://www.mountainhomeautomuseum.com/50%20Hudson.html
and although I'd like to see more pictures - the price looks to be very reasonable given the condition of the car...

I am not interested in this for myself, but have asked for more detail/photos (trunk, engine, etc).
Seems to be a nice car, but you never know?!
A personal visit or an inspection by a professional appraiser would be in order if there is an interest - money well spent.

This listing has a different price, and lists it as a Commodore 8. Looks pretty 'clean'...

Got a clarification from the seller - it is a Commodore 6, and has a 3 speed with overdrive.

I'm not sure about the price, the dash and trim should have been wood grained and the upholstery is 1980's velour not broadcloth. But, for the right person it's a good looking car.

This car is owned by a member of the Classic Chevy Club I belong to. The owner's name is Dennis and he owns the Mountain Home Auto Museum. He does sell his cars if and when he finds an interested buyer.
The car has a "manumatic" shifting mechanism. Not sure if I got the name correct, but the mechanism shifts the 3 spd trans automatically when engaged. You can also shift the 3 spd manually. The car has a rubber trunk mat in decent condition. The car has been repainted and there are a couple of chips on the door edges. Like you said, the interior is not 100% stock ( upholstery and dash ). The rear bumper needs to be re-chromed. The rest of the chrome and stainless looked pretty good. I have not been under the car, but I have been under the hood to check things while I restore mine. I have not driven or hear the car run. I did get to assist in pushing it around the museum to make room for additional cars ( I can confirm it is heavy ).
If someone becomes really interested, I can check out things for you, as the club members gather each Saturday moring at the Museum to talk and lie about cars. I can't do an appraisal, but I could get you additional honest information.
