Glove box lock removal

Hi, Could someone tell me how to remove from the dash the entire glove box lock assembly on a '41/'47 Hudson. Maybe I should mention I do not have the keys for the lock although it's not in the locked position.

From inside the glove box there is a sleeve fits over the lock assy.held on with one screw. Remove screw and sleeve will slip off then lift lock assy out.
