Anyone have pictures of the Jack, tire iron & 'tool kit' for a 1946-1947 Hudson pickup truck?

According to my "Group Parts Book, 1946-1947", the pickups came with -

BZ 40693 Jack-Axle type
BZ 151578 Handle-Axle type jack
BZ 46172 Adapter-Axle type jack handle
BZ 153401 Extension-Axle type jack handle

Apparently, it also came with:
BZ 160285 Hub bolt wrench and bumper jack handle

and:
BZ 165158 Tool kit (for Cab-CabPu)

Anyone have a spare jack, handles, adapter extensions, etc.? Tool kit?

Here are a couple of photos of the kit that was in my 46 pickup. I'm not sure how the leather kit 'donut' helps in wrapping these items.

I've seen some of these components before - my younger days. The jack looks very similar to one I used on my dad's farm, growing up - probably an older generic type of jack, provided by many manufacturers.
The leather pouch may be for some type of storage of the tools (?), as there is supposed to be something like that, provided by Hudson with each new vehicle (?)...

Do these items go behind/under the seat in the pickup truck?

Do you mind if I post the pictures of these tools on my website?

Please feel free to post these photos. I found this pouch of tools behind the seat of my truck with the parts wrapped up in a roll. The leather has no pockets or other storage compartments, just a circle of leather.

Is the leather donut the size of the tire. I wonder if you jack then slide it on to keep your hands clean. Does it show in the owner manual.

You may be right about the clean hands use as the leather is at least 27 inches in diameter and 11 across and pretty fancy in stitching and design. I can't find any markings on it to know for sure that it is original equipment or any other reason why it would be a loop shape. I don't have access to my owners manual at the moment to check for an illustration or description.

I'd expect something like this from Hudson for the cars rather than the trucks though. I didn't think the trucks were that fancy! ;)
