48 chevie Fleetline

I have found a 48 fleetline (2-dr) in the woods near here that's body solid but is missing two hubcaps and the engine is in various pieces. The old guy wants $150 for it. Are those cars worth anything?

Is there a clear title? Can you get a title? $150.00 is dirt cheap if it is in any shape at all even to part out.
