Hey,
I have been plotting for awhile and now I am getting ready to run with it. My plan is to get an old...say 76 or 77 Trans Am and rebuild it. Just wondering where I can go to learn about the car and improve my mechanic knoledge in general so I can actully do it. Thanks guys

well go to google and type the year and model of trans am that you are thinking of. it will pop up a ton of sight lists. some lead no where and other's lead some where. and there's always the handy dandy trusty chiltons and hayes manuals on that car. i'm sure that many of these gm vets on this sight can direct you in the right direction. another thing that you can do is do a search on local trans am clubs in your area. they can always tell you what's up. personally i'm into the one off customs

I suggest you try browsing the web for Trans Am clubs as well.
