I bought one off eBay a couple of months ago, $61 plus $5 shipping. Mine has some highlighting in it which was disclosed in the auction. The cheapest Amazon has it is $75. It will be interesting to see how high this goes. They are bringing as much as my Ph.D. textbooks. It is time for a reprint!
