i have a chance to get a 1965 truck for free. it has 6cyl with the standard 3speed trans. i want to use this truck to haul a camper and a trailer with my jeep on it. i have a good 400 small block to put in it. would this bolt to the 3speed trans? is there a better choice? i like standard transmisions but would a 4speed due better? what 4speed would fit?can this be done easily or is there lots of mods? any help would be great. also what rear end options are there for this truck? somthing that could perty much bolt in. or is it somthing i should wait on so i can find a truck from the 70's
