I will assume that you are looking to have it done and not just buy the things and do it your self. I have a few places that do this sort of thing, but not knowing the area that you live in, it would not help you to have a place located in a different part of the U.S.

1. I would see if there are other old car hobbiests in your area and talk to them about their interior. It's usually the best place to start and find the good and the bad places.

2. Check with local upholstery shops. Look at their work and talk to them.

3. Automotive trade publications. i.e. Old Cars Weekly or Hemmings, they usually have many advertisers from all over the U.S. that you can at least get an idea of price and time from.

You are a good person for doing this and I'm sure that the person that you are doing this for will be very appreciative of it.
Best of luck in your endevor.
