Hey everyone,
Looking for some guidance.... I am picking up a 1972 Chevelle Malibu from my father-in-law this weekend. To me it is in bad-good state. Some serious rust damage on the fenders and trunk.
I want to rebuild this car over the next 12 months or so. I have rebuilt engines in the past but has been a LONG time.
Any advice on where to start? I know I will want to do the following but just not sure in what order to proceed:
Body Work (either new panels, hood, doors, etc.)
Paint
New Engine
New Trans
New rear-End
Gut the interior and R/R or clean up what is still in good shape
New rims/tries
Any help would be apprciated
