New Zealand car shows

My wife and I are going to the South island of New Zealand for the month of May. Do any New Zealanders out there know of any car shows going on during that month.

May is not the best month, as the weather is getting cooler. and the only event that I am aware of is a Swap meet at Ashburton on May 5th. There are two exhibits you could visit, the WOW complex at Nelson, and Yaldhurst museum at Christchurch, and a private museum at Geraldine. If you are coming through Nelson you are welcome to call in. Contat me at geoffclark@xtra.co.nz with your itinerary, and I'll see if I can arrange for you to meet with any of our scattered H.E.T. population.

There is a car museum at Wanaka, about 40minutes from Queenstown.

Of course, of you were visiting Australia in May rather than New Zealand, especially the Brisbane area, the weather is still good and there is a swap meet on every weekend
