Hi all

I´ve been listening and learning in the background for some months now.
Some great tech tips along the way for me fixing my 50C8. I´ve stripped it totally (although I said I wouldn´t), stripped the paint, Sandblasted everything, fixed some rust, had it painted and it´s now coming together again.

Problem:
I just realized that the head was shot. It´s cracked quite badly, and someone tried to fix it, so it is noy really repairable. It hasn´t leaked before, but is now after a thorough cleaning.
Does someone have one for sale?
I also need the screwclips for the grille. All of them.

Greatful for any tip.
Will try to post pictures of the progress later (if there is interest)

Thanks
Ola

Ok. Great! It appears Bill A. had a good one, so that one´s solved for now. About the grille clips: Does anyone know of a AuVeCo equvivalent that might work? Or something from another brand?

Are you taking about the stainless clips on the grill?. If so, you can use restoration specialties #2356. These are the same type but wider. Need to zip off so only one line shows and rotate 90 degrees. Just use them last week for my 50 grill

Great tip. Would it be possible to post a picture so I can make sure it´s the right one?
