I am looking for 8-cylinder 42-47 Hudson Drivemaster and Vacumotive Clutch parts and/or complete units. Need especially the HDM/VC carburator air cleaner, intake manifold vacuum "t" connection, HDM shift unit to trans linkage rods, intact wiring harnesses and hard line vacuum tubing parts.

Thanks in advance!

just curious, is the air cleaner you are looking for, the one that has an extra long, unusual extension between the oil bath unit, and the canister?

Yep...thats it. It has a small tube prtruding out of the bottom of the canister.

Looks like a typical oil bath, long aircleaner, but the canister is shorter, and the tube is longer, right?

I got an entire supermatic drive set-up off my 50, but I would rather not part with it. I bet most of it is the same. Someone out there has got to have the stuff you need.

Well not sure about your nomanclature but the air cleaner (they came in both oil bath and wetted element versions) has a small 5/16" tube on the bottom rear of the canister housing to connect to a 5/16" hard line (with a short length of rubber tubing) that feeds to the shift unit on the tranny. There is second hard line from the shift unit that connects to a "t" on the intake manifold.
