Default Need 30 Hudson Throwout Bearing

I am trying to locate and purchase a throw out bearing for a 30
Hudson Great Eight. I have the collar that the fork pushes, but not the bearing or metal collar that surrounds the bearing.

I've spoken with them both. No Luck. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Try northwesternautosuppy.com. Or call 616-241-5611. They have lots of old car stuff.

Try over at the Yahoo Hudson 1916-1929 Super Six Forum. More of the older Hudson cars and folks that own them over there. Good luck, Ron

I know it sounds a little funny, but I talked to Chuck B. (see post Sad event in Iowa) and he says that even though his cars were destroyed in the fire they have many parts that are still usable. He had a 1930 that was a nice car. He might not be able to get to it for a short while but you might find out what his time frame is. Chuck is one of the most positive upbeat Christian guys I know, he wants something good to come of this just as much as all Hudson nuts do. Contact him at:

HETcanddbog@kdsi.net (remove the HET).

Thanks for the feedback guys. Someone locally mentioned the Super Six site but I couldn't remember the address.

I didn't get a chance to read the "Sad event". I will check it out. I hate to benefit from a misfortune but as you say, if some good can come form it....
