Default 38 Pontiac Wiring

I am rewiring my 38 Pontiac and my problem is the new volt regulator only has terminals for bat, F, gen. While all documentation shows another terminal for ign. So I'm stumped
where I should put the wire that is supposed to go from ignition switch to regulator. Any suggestion?
